Terms and conditions for purchasing gift coupons and digital gift coupons

1. General terms

1.1. These rules regulate the procedure for the acquisition, use and return of gift coupons (hereinafter referred to as the Coupon) by purchasing them on the website www.spapalangahotel.lt (www.palangahotelspa.lt) or at the reception of the Palanga Life Balance SPA center (Birutės al. 52, Palanga).

1.2. The person who purchased the gift coupon (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) confirms that he/she has read these rules and agrees to comply with them.

1.3. The coupon can be used at the Palanag Life Balance SPA center (Birutės al. 52, Palanga), when paying for selected SPA services or products specified in the list of services, and in the e-shop spapalangahotel.lt.

1.4. Seller: K. Geco trading company, legal entity code 152621575, VAT code LT526215716, address Birutės al. 60, Palanga LT-00135.

2. Purchase of a coupon

2.1. The coupon can be purchased in the online store www.spapalangahotel.lt by selecting the desired value.

2.2. Payment for the coupon is made using bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), electronic banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas), as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are made in euros (EUR) through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475).

2.3. After successful payment, the coupon is sent to the Buyer by e-mail.

2.4. The invoice is submitted electronically.

3. Terms and conditions of use of the coupon

3.1. The Coupon is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the Coupon.

3.2. The Coupon may be used once or several times until its full value is used up. If the service or product costs less than the value of the Coupon, the balance is valid until the expiration date of the Coupon.

3.3. If the price of the selected service or product exceeds the value of the Coupon, the Buyer shall pay the difference additionally using the selected payment method.

3.4. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.5. After the expiration date of the Coupon, the Coupon is considered invalid and non-refundable.

3.6. If the Coupon is lost or misplaced, it cannot be restored or compensated.

4. Service reservation

4.1. In order to use the Coupon, the Buyer must reserve services in advance by phone +370 460 41416 or by e-mail spa@palangahotel.lt, indicating the Coupon number.

4.2. Upon arrival at the SPA, it is necessary to present the Coupon (printed or electronic version).

4.3. If you do not arrive at the reserved service or if you notify us less than 24 hours in advance, the Coupon is considered used and the money is not refunded.

4.4. Reservations are accepted subject to the availability of the Palanga Life Balance SPA Center.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1. In accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the purchase of the Coupon, if the Coupon has not yet been used.

5.2. If the Coupon is used at least partially (e.g. after making a reservation or starting to use the service), the Coupon is not refundable and the money is not reimbursed.

5.3. The money is refunded in the same way as the payment was made, within no more than 14 days from the receipt of the Buyer's request.

5.4. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must submit a request by e-mail to spa@palangahotel.lt, indicating the order number, Coupon number and contact details.

6. Responsibility

6.1. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer does not use the Coupon before its expiration date.

6.2. The Seller is not responsible for restrictions on the use of the Coupon if the Life Balance SPA Palanga center cannot provide the service due to the fault of the Buyer (e.g., no-show, loss of the Coupon).

6.3. In case of force majeure circumstances (e.g. restrictions on the activities of the SPA Palanga center due to the pandemic or other reasons), the validity of the Coupon may be extended at the Seller's discretion.

7. Protection of personal data

7.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal acts.

7.2. The data is used only for the purposes of selling the Coupon, invoicing, providing services and enforcing legal acts.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The rules apply to all gift Coupons purchased in the online store or at the Life Balance SPA center.

8.2. The Seller has the right to change the rules by publishing them on the website. The new version applies to Coupons purchased after publication.

8.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, by applying to the court at the Seller's registered office or to the Lithuanian Arbitration Court ( www.vvtat.lt ).
