DESCRIPTION
IMPORTANT
Before you start using Menard facial care products, it is important to know that double cleansing is the most important part of your entire facial skin care regimen. Only by using gentle cleansers properly will you exfoliate your skin without drying it out, and properly prepare it for the absorption of the moisturizing/nourishing products you use next.
USE
After using the lotion-emulsion and serum, take the required amount of product (approximately the size of a pea) and spread it all over the face, neck and décolleté.
BENEFIT
The cream contains marigold extract (a natural filter) - protects the skin from dangerous UV rays and polluted air. The cream evens out skin tone and gives the skin a glow.

RESERVATION
The fastest and most reliable way to enjoy the pleasures offered by the SPA center at the desired time is to make a reservation in advance by phone or e-mail. Then, even during the “hottest” time – in the evenings, on weekends or on holidays – you will be able to enjoy the pleasures of the SPA. When making a reservation in advance, leave your contact details with the administration so that they can contact you in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Respect
Our spa treatments are designed for relaxation and rest. We recommend turning off your mobile phones and enjoying yourself.
What to take?
You do not need to bring any personal items to the spa center for treatments - you will be offered towels, a bathrobe, a cap, disposable panties and slippers. If necessary, you can use the shower before or after the treatments.
Cancellation of reservation
If you are forced to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, please do so as soon as possible so that we can give proper attention to the clients replacing you. The latest cancellation deadline is four hours before the scheduled procedure or visit to the SPA Palanga center. If you notify us later than 4 hours in advance or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking price will be charged to your account.
If you're late
We regret that your late arrival for the procedures causes great inconvenience to both the staff and other clients, so we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the agreed schedule of procedures or visits to PALANGA LIFE BALANCE SPA. We recommend arriving for the procedures 10 minutes earlier. If you are late, we will not always be able to extend the procedure time.
Health status
To protect your health, inform the SPA center staff about any injuries, chronic illnesses, or allergic reactions you may have. If you feel unwell during the procedure, immediately notify the specialist serving you! Before certain procedures, you will be informed about the contraindications of the procedure.
Comfort
During the procedures, do not ignore your senses. Light, music, temperature and even communication with the specialist serving you have an impact on your overall well-being. We will always respond to your wishes. It is not necessary to maintain a conversation during the procedures, you can simply enjoy the silence.
If the specialist serving you advises you not to get up in a hurry after the procedure, you can relax for a few minutes and enjoy tea to fully restore your strength after the procedure.

Typically, services are billed after the procedures, but they can also be paid for in advance.
