USE
Use in the morning as the last step in your facial skin care routine. Apply a pea-sized amount of cream with your fingertips, gently and evenly distributing it over your face, neck and décolleté. Massage into skin until the color becomes translucent.

RESERVATION
The fastest and most reliable way to enjoy the pleasures offered by the SPA center at the desired time is to make a reservation in advance by phone or e-mail. Then, even during the “hottest” time – in the evenings, on weekends or on holidays – you will be able to enjoy the pleasures of the SPA. When making a reservation in advance, leave your contact details with the administration so that they can contact you in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Respect
Our spa treatments are designed for relaxation and rest. We recommend turning off your mobile phones and enjoying yourself.
What to take?
You do not need to bring any personal items to the spa center for treatments - you will be offered towels, a bathrobe, a cap, disposable panties and slippers. If necessary, you can use the shower before or after the treatments.
Cancellation of reservation
If you are forced to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, please do so as soon as possible so that we can give proper attention to the clients replacing you. The latest cancellation deadline is four hours before the scheduled procedure or visit to the SPA Palanga center. If you notify us later than 4 hours in advance or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking price will be charged to your account.
If you're late
We regret that your late arrival for the procedures causes great inconvenience to both the staff and other clients, so we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the agreed schedule of procedures or visits to PALANGA LIFE BALANCE SPA. We recommend arriving for the procedures 10 minutes earlier. If you are late, we will not always be able to extend the procedure time.
Health status
To protect your health, inform the SPA center staff about any injuries, chronic illnesses, or allergic reactions you may have. If you feel unwell during the procedure, immediately notify the specialist serving you! Before certain procedures, you will be informed about the contraindications of the procedure.
Comfort
During the procedures, do not ignore your senses. Light, music, temperature and even communication with the specialist serving you have an impact on your overall well-being. We will always respond to your wishes. It is not necessary to maintain a conversation during the procedures, you can simply enjoy the silence.
If the specialist serving you advises you not to get up in a hurry after the procedure, you can relax for a few minutes and enjoy tea to fully restore your strength after the procedure.
Your comfort is important to us. These recommendations will ensure that your visits to the SPA center will be full of good impressions, pleasant memories and a desire to return again and again!

Typically, services are billed after the procedures, but they can also be paid for in advance.

All contact information you provide is confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Information revealed during the procedures will also not be made public.
PALANGA LIFE BALANCE SPA center has the right to refuse to serve clients who grossly violate the ethics of behavior, are intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, or behave aggressively and inadequately.
